With the integration of technology and shifting guest preferences, the hospitality industry is changing rapidly. In the next five years, it’s expected to change even more. The labor force is evolving as well. This webcast will explore what these changes mean for the hospitality industry’s workforce.

A panel of faculty and industry experts will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the workforce, what can be done now to better prepare for the future, and the leadership skills needed to get us there.

This webcast is part of a series presented by the Center for Hospitality Research, celebrating hospitality thought leadership and the Nolan School of Hotel Administration’s 100th Anniversary.
